Why can’t I select my daily mood until 7 PM?
This is set because we’d like to know how your entire day unfolded. Our moods tend to fluctuate drastically over the course of a day, so we ask that you look back and evaluate it from start to finish.
Why can’t I fill out my mood from the previous day?
The goal of our sobriety app is to establish healthy routines and structure. If you miss a day, that opportunity for progress is lost.
How do the meetings recap work?
The meetings recap chart displays the last seven meetings you attended, along with the length of time for each session.
Dark green bars represent time spent in the meeting, while red indicates that you were either late for your session or left early. The light green shading at the bottom represents an early arrival, while the top green portion indicates you stayed longer than necessary.
Missing one of your meetings or need to update meeting information?
Click on the question mark in the top right corner of the page, and select “add/update meeting.” We’ll then add or change your session in the app’s meeting directory.
Having trouble with the meeting filters?
Search for specific types of meetings with our meeting filters based on a range of different features, and select or unselect them with a simple touch of the finger. Start a new search by tapping the “reset” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Why am I unable to see myself in the meeting during the time I am actually sitting in the meeting?
Subtle Alliance’s sobriety app calculates your participation according to your arrival and departure but not during the session. By signaling whether you were early, late, or left before your session was up, we can measure user progress and effectively hold them accountable.
